Pandetix, LLC is a software company located in Westborough, Mass. Our products are used by technology sales and service organizations to remotely manage their customer’s equipment over the Internet (so called “managed services”). Services: Pandetix consults with client companies in the design and implementation of secure monitoring environments. For smaller installations, Pandetix also provides hosting and backup of its managed service applications on a private label basis.

The Company’s primary market focus is on Nortel resellers who configure, install and maintain integrated voice/data systems for small-to-midsized businesses. With a substantial installed base and a strong product pipeline, Nortel is one of the biggest players in this converged telecom market.
